Sporting the big hair and swimsuit (and looking phenomenal with both!), Crawford presents the routine that she and her personal trainer, Radu, used to get her body to supermodel status!
Radu is present in the first two workouts and then it is just Cindy in the final workout. Radu is coined as New York’s toughest trainer, and his resume is filled with models, actresses, and high-profile clients. Translation: This guy knows his stuff!
This three-part Shape Your Body workout video consists of all-over body toning exercises that will take you from flab to fab!
Workout #1 consists of a 6 minute warmup with dynamic stretching that uses movement rehearsal to prepare your joints for what is to come. It then moves to 43 minutes of a total body workout beginning with legs, moving to the posterior, and finishing with arms/upper body and abs. You finish with 5 minutes of static stretching.
Workout #2 begins and ends similarly as workout #1 with dynamic stretching to warm up and static stretching to cool down. Sandwiched between this is a 39 minute workout beginning with legs, moving to arms, and finishing with abs.
Workout # 3 is one of those full body weight workouts, using no equipment. It is a quick 10 minute workout with a brief warmup and a series of rapid, heart-raising squats, pushups, and crunches.
